I ran 4 miles and walked 1 yesterday- yay me! Felt great! Sweated out a whole ton of lazy toxins. I dropped 2.4 lbs of sweat from yesterday morning to this morning, AND I drank about 5 times the amount of water yesterday than I usually do.
