Hi Marin, I've been following your blog and hope it's OK if I join.... I'm technically your aunt now although I haven't talked to you much! Name: Sandra - Sandra weight loss goals- Well, I have a ways to go, but I want to make manageable goals. I will go with 30 lbs in 15 weeks or 10lbs in 6 weeks. Fav Healthy Eating tip: Measure everything! My eyes are always off--I must measure or I'll think it's a tablespoon when it's more like 3! Fav exercise: hmmmmm, not sure that I have a favorite I just know i have to do it. :0) Probably walking. Swimming actually is the favorite but not something I have access to. Gennifer I LOVE the organized home website! Too bad I never seem to have time to follow it! I am a working Mother with way too much stress going on. Life is not as I pictured it 20 years ago, but it's not all bad either. My husband is a stay-at-home Dad taking care of our kids and I am a full-time manager. Not the way we planned it but sometimes you have to go with who is making the better salary! I have 4 children, 3 girls 11,9 & 5 and a surprise little boy 1 1/2. Life is busy and crazy all the time and I need to take some time for me to lose this weight and get healthier so I can enjoy my family more and do more with them.

Goals: Consistently lose.
Healthy Eating: I agree on the planning, though I'm not the greatest at sticking with the plan. Sometime it is just too easy to call Glass Nickel.
Exercise: Walking, it's easy and you can wear anything.
